Wishing you all a very happy monday everyone & hope you all have a great week planned ahead! For those sugarplums that need  a little more umph this coming week – shall the 4BW give you a little inspiration?

• Meditate – For those who live a rather hectic lifestyle (uhh like being overly stressed from work or school!) try and spare half an hour each day this week to just meditate and chill out. It’ll do you a world of good mentally & you’ll be ready to take on the bigger challenges!
• Strike a (Yoga) Pose! - If meditation is not for you then immerse yourself in the challenge of a new yoga sequence a day instead! There’s a myriad of beginner’s sequences online (youtube is a great place to start looking too!) for all of you who are interested in trying this out – yoga helps calm you, helps make you more flexible & well – it’ll help you tone up a bit too (without the excessive sweating caused by other activities like running in the summer heat! ouch!) hihihi
• Rent a Boat – For those that live by the sea (like moi!) or by lakes, why not rent a small boat or paddle boat with friends and just spend the day floating around aaaaah =)! Perfect for a summer’s day outing ! Relaxing at it’s best
• Challenge your fear – with literature! – I once had a teacher who told me to write a poem, or a short story about my biggest fear where my conquer it … Back then i was deadly afraid of dogs and she told me to write stories where i would lock up these fearsome dogs or i would make them afraid of me instead hehehe. Afraid of the dark? afraid of dogs? afraid of ghosts? Write about a situation where you dispose of your fear i swear: it’s another small step towards facing your fear and eventually conquering it ! (hmm maybe i should write about Ufo’s … but how on earth do you dispose of a spacecraft huh??? … RAYGUN!! )

The weekly 4bw posts are back after the long break – here’s the 4bw  number 43 for everyone to read – ready to see what’s suggested for this week?

• Throw a costume party – … Even if it’s not halloween! Ok, this might need a little bit more than a day’s planning, but the result will definitely be worth it! also, most of the time there’s no need to buy a store-made costume Just a little bit of imagination & you probably would be able to assemble your DIY costume right from your very own wardrobe
• Send out a fan letter to someone you really admire - Why not show your appreciation to your role model? It can be you favourite athlete, environmentalist, model, singer … or even your favourite blogger
• Make a new layout - Got a website or a social media profile? Are you able to change your very own layout design? Then do so  today ! A new layout design always motivates me to keep updated … For those who wish for a change but don’t know what to do – here’s some little Inspiration Ideas post i had done 2 years back If you don’t know how to create the layout yourself, there are always many free websites today which offer free layouts and designs (make sure you credit them!) … or better yet – it’s a great opportunity to start learning ! Get yourself on google and start searching for easy tutorials – you’re bound to find the perfect article!
• Write a Short Story – Sit down, grab a pen, think a little, start writing! You may be surprised at the result It’s a great way to keep your mind & imagination active Don’t know what to write about? Here are some ideas: write about funny situations you’ve encountered lately, extend a well known fairy tale or give it an alternative twist, write about your grandma’s childhood memories, or write about the trouble your pet gets into !

1. Call someone you haven’t talked to in awhile. You know, talk it up with some old friends. Tell them hello, and make em smile or something. It’s always nice to hear from an old buddy.

As you can see from the sudden lack of updates – it’s a pretty busy summer! probably one of the busiest yet!

Up till now i’ve  … been to a day running about gozo on hired jeeps, an old class reunion, a weekend at a luxury poshy hotel suite, Abseiling, got my exam results (got an A in marketing & a C in economics! w00t!!), had countless picnics + bbqs by the sea, had a twilight movie marathon (no – not lusting after vampires + werewolves … more like mocking the movie makers haha!), went to a sunglasses @ night party, went on a 4 day camping trip, started planning & scheming on a secret project, attended the shooting star shower the 3rd year in a row, spent days with the aunts & cousins,  seen the kiss forever band again (yay! & ended up on the popular maltese site Bus62 LOL!).

I’m trying to … keep up with my hobbies (especially reading!), meeting up friends, meeting up with the bf everyday (hihi), and keeping up my exercise regime (going jogging almost everyday + an intense lesson aerobics once a week – i will get my navel pierced … in November,when it’s safe for me to donate blood for the first time! ).

My future schedule … will only get busier in winter i’m going to a Beauty course & Yoga lessons in addition ! So that’s 3 days out of the week all packed up  Other stuff i got planned this in the coming months include –  a trip to gozo, a navy-theme costume party, midnight hikes, visiting our super secret beach, saving up slowly for a trip to Spain next year with one of my faaavourite girls (PortAventura theme park – here we come!!) … aaaand of course that shopping trip to London for the January Sales!! I’m sooooo looking forward to that!! I already have everything booked – the only thing which remains now is for TIME TO GET A MOVE ON & … & Saving up ze moolah!!
