August has fluttered by as well 
and with it, so did half of my Summer! Most of you SugarPlums have gone back to school, no?? Wishing you all best of luck for the new scholastic year 
! Argh … September always gets me down a bit - for me’s always been the month when i start school, marking the end of the Summer holidays, and i still associate it with that sad feeling i used to have when i used to attend school 
The weather starts to get a bit dull in September as well 
*sniff* … but that doesn’t get us down from enjoying our little bit of summer left no?? Here are my Sugars & Salts for the lovely month of August!
Sugars:
- New Layout & features for S-G - Yes!!!! Finally a new layout was put up after a good year or so! I’ve decided to title this layout ‘Candied Graffiti’ . I’m pretty happy with the result! I’ve also added new features such as the ability to reply to comments (for whom i thank the lovely Holly for giving me a hand with the plugin) With the new layout also comes my little secret on how i get inspired for a new layout -
which i hope you guys enjoyed reading & it inspired you to go out there and create! And also a new chain of Weekly Posts! The 4bw’s! Make sure to check out edition 1 & edition 2 if you’ve missed them! - New Affies & Link Exchanges - Lots of love goes to Blanca, Kei, Krisel, Leah, Tessa, Jasmine, & Emilia! Unfortunately, i have not kept track of you darlings i’ve added this month, i hope i have not left anyone out!!
- Finally decided the SUV - it’s some Sexy WHITE car, i tell you! & it’ll be here next week for me to drive around!! Also i got a discount on it because i had to wait extra because of the whole mixup i had to go through. It was pretty much worth the wait!
- The Perseid meteor shower - Me & my bf made sure we didn’t miss out on it this year! I managed to see 23 meteors (some of them were really huge & impressive!). We planned to stay out all night, but then retreated when the sky clouded up in the early hours of the morning
meh! It was great fun though! - Plurk - Yay for Plurking & earning Karma! You plurk too? Add mee silly!!
- Music Addictions - Groups i’ve discovered this month are include: From First to Last, BlesstheFall, & my current favourite … Escape the Fate - don’t i scare you with my latest discoveries in music? Hehehe
- Other lovely things - receiving a postcard from Tuscany by Sakuzo (
ily!); the BrainTrain program; Hello Kitty Socks from my friend Maria after her recent trip to Germany; making CDs for the car; Talking to Ravencroft on Gtalk after the longest time; 
a nice Indian dinner with my swtheart on a saturday night (& an even more delightful treat after that 
!); Fast shipping for the cute stuff i ordered from the US; Getting an even better diet (out with almost all the meat now - & hello Soy + Greens!).
Salts:
- Sickness - This month has been really awful! I spent half of it sick with something different (stomach viruses, low blood pressure, headaches, sinus …. you name it!)
- Time to work on that Thesis -Oh yes, time to continue working on it after the summer break! Grrr!
- Summer Fading away - The days are starting to get a bit gloomier again ah, how i hate September!!
What else did i learn this month? There is some kind of (predjudiced) justice at work; Some people are cooler then they look! Sometimes life turns out a bit unexpected (in a great way!) & I need to take more pictures!!

Sorry for not commenting in a while!!! I’ve been so busy,and I’m been trying so hard.But everything seems to be so busy in September =(
Anyways in your last post, I really like your desktop,and the Neko pic =) I dont know,this september,I’ve been a bit unsure of how I feel towards school starting back up to again,it’s not a sad feeling,neither a happy one. It’s kinda like life is just moving on and I got to flow with the path,lol.

Yep … school is here. I thought i was going to start in october so i was all happy because i thought i had a whole month of holidays left but i’ve only 1 week and a half left
So sadddd.
i hate it when the shipping takes ages.

I learned that I probably should stay away from the websites for shopping you always give me.
Damnit, all those traditional Japanese and Hello Kitty (x h.Naoto) phonestraps are too cute X___X And the low cost…. I should ask my dad pretty soon to order some stuff. 3 phonestraps+cheap shipping comes down on 12 euro’s X__X Buying 2 normal phonestraps here would cost me that much

Have you seen the underwear straps? They’re sooooo cute, yet very disturbing. Good thing the prices are so low XD I can;t wait to convince my parents into letting me order some! (not the underwear, even though I want one)

I’m a die hard fan of the hello kitty ones & the food ones (the underwear ones yes, are disturbing lol - they said that those are in the style of Koda Kumi??). There are the Rose Of Versailles straps, which are nothing special but damn it i want a Marie Antoinette one

Haha. My parents agreed =D So far, I want the kimono slippers, the windbell thingy, a hello kittyxh.naoto and yes, A BRA STRAP XD As disturbing as they are, I really like the pink bra strap. Plus, it’s something emokids don’t have XD And, my geek friends would probably try to steal it XD
Koda Kumi XD Well, if there’s a pr0n star with that name. Now all I need to do is calculate how much money it costs me, and I probably have to take off some straps of my phone now. (I have about 5 on it right now XD) I really like the macaroon keychain and straps as well/

WOAHH! I totally wasnt expecting a new layout! Usually I can sense when someone has a new layout.. (lol.. im a bit of a freak) but this totally took me by surprise! Dude.. its so pretty! I want it! I love the randomness of it.. I WANT THOSE DUCKS!
Phew! I wish I could have seen the meteor shower. Although meteors scare the hell outta me.. the fact they can destroy the world and all that, I think it would be pretty cool!
And you soooo have to take some pictures of you new car when it comes. xD I wanna see it!
On the other hand, im sorry you were so ill this month.
That really sucks!

I’ve always loved September…I think it’s because my birthday is in September. The thing that I hated the most growing up is that the first day of school usually fell on my birthday…so I had to go to school on my birthday…bleh.
