5 warning sings that you’re going to screw the holidays

The Festive Series 11:27 pm 347 Words  Respond?

Heading for holiday doom? Everyone dreams of the perfect way to spend the holidays with friends and family – here are 5 warning signs that you should keep on the lookout for, to ensure that your holiday season’s not spoilt!!

  • Planning a drink up? - Be sure to plan it well folks! You don’t want to spoil the rest of the fun with a hangover don’t you?? Also, be sure to at least spare the holidays for your friends who always end up baby sitting you when you’re so drunk that you do nothing but puking and do wild silly stunts! – hey they need holidays too!
  • Annoyed with your current partner? – Then work it out or just dump them! Why be with someone you don’t like? You’re most probably going to end up fighting or you loose half the fun of the night. It’s also the WORST IDEA EVER to be / get dumped by someone on Xmas eve or New Years’ – think about it!! Single and Happy or With Bad Company?
  • Annoying Family occasions- This year, if you don’t want to go JUST DON’T! Forget about finding the perfect excuse! Just tell them that you have other plans on how you want to spend the night orrr find a compromise & leave their little soiree’ early – that way everyone’s happy!
  • Leaving xmas shopping till the last bit – It’s the perfect recipe for doom! What if the shop has sold out the item you wanted to get mom so bad? OMG YOU FORGOT SOMEONE!!! … Hah. My dad LOVES last minute shopping on xmas … Most of the time my mom ends up without a gift to unwrap … so DON’T! It’s best to plan well before so as not to miss anyone out and have ample time to get the best gifts EVER!
  • Still without a plan – Time’s running out! Only less than 20 days to go! If you’re thinking about going to a restaurant or booking somewhere! Do it fast so as not to get disappointed!

Haha, the only thing I plan on drinking up is a bigass cup of hot chocolate
For the most part, I’m just sending out homemade (and hand drawn ) christmas cards this
year rather than spend 209309323 dollars on gifts. I mean, I don’t mind the spending the
money… if I had it anyway, lol

I have the most adorable wrapping paper for my Christmas presents (which are all WRAPPED and ready to be put under the tree – bwhahaha!). It’s blue and it has Spongebob and Patrick on it all dressed up for Christmas and it says “Jingle Shells” all over it. ITS SO CUTE.

        Just had to tell someone.

By the way, I stop by your blog every now and then and I always like your themes. This latest one is spiffeh – the little star guy in the collage is too cute

I am drinking up this year. Lots of eggnog and vodka. Yum!

I will be doing late Christmas shopping this year. My check comes in a bout a week so, it’ll be very close to Christmas.

I’m trying to spend as much time as I can with my guy before Christmas. He has kids and he will have them til the New Year but I am happy to spend xmas with my family.
