Happy Monday SugarPlums! Welcome to this week’s version of the 4bw! Ready to read on what this week entails??

  • Make a Self-Portrait – No Drawing Skills required!! Either iprovise a sketch or print out all of your favourite photos of yourself and stick them alltogether in a big collage – Stick it in a picture frame or hang it as a poster in your room … Narcissism never looked so good!!
  • Get yourself this Summer Signiture Perfume - Last Summer’s Signiture Perfume of mine was the Burberry Brit scent and it will forever remind me of Summer 2008 as i wore it almost all the time!! I haven’t yet decided waht to get for Summer 2009! Probably the Amor Amor or Agent Provocateur (although the latter reminds me more of sexy encounters than fun summer days!!)?
  • Face your fears – Here’s something that an old teacher of mine had suggested when i was small – I’m not saying face the biggest pitbull in your town if you’re Cynophobic BUT – why not face your fears through writing?? If you’re Arachnophobic you can write about “your experience” of singlehandedly conquiering a HUGE spider (there’s nothing bad in daydreaming!)! After completing your writing exercise – flick open a lighter and burn that paper!! Feels really good to get our your fears
  • TV Series Missed through winter -  Summer brings with it a lot more free time – good time to make up for all the tv series we’ve missed through the winter time!! (Ian & Me are watching Lost from the very first season! I like watching my series when they’re about to end yeah ) – Best thing about this time is that most series are repeated on tv for free without the need of having to download anything

Got any suggestions of your own to be included for the next 4BW (same time, next week!)? I would love to hear from you!! Each idea of course will be credited! Send your brightest most glittering ideas through the usual contact form!

Bonne chance for this upcoming week!!

I’ve got a couple of new ones!

        1. Throw a tea party for your friends. Serve strawberry (or something else fruity) tea and cupcakes at a nicely set up table.

        2. Summer is here so go out and pick flowers and either put them in a vase or bind a ribbon around them and give them to someone you love. It’s a lot more personal to get a bouqet of flowers picked by someone themselves than bought in a flower shop.

        3. Go for a bicycle ride to the countryside and enjoy the nature and nice weather.
