June was soo packed with stuff that it felt like …. more than one month actually passed! I hope everyone had a great june (which i’m sure you all did! most of you out there must have finished your boring, tedious exams righttt?) – let’s make way for the perfect summer 2009!! Here’s the sugars and salts for my month of June

Sugars:

• Half Days at Work - They were also mentioned in last year’s Sugar Cube : but they’re truly one of the best things in summer! Each day i get to get off work more than 2 hrs earlier, w00t!! This year to celebrate we headed off to Pizza Hut yumm yumm yumm! I had my favourite off the menu: Texas!
• Wedding - Sure i had to attend without ian (he had to study damn exams), but i took my sister with me & we had a great time , in the end the two of us & gaga ended up sitting in the bathroom without out shoes (on what we think might be the diaper changer thingy!) to let our feet cool down from the stress of new shoes! Ha! Good Times
• Nazi Zombies (Nacht der Untoten) – Me & ian play this game at least one time during the weekend – it’s pretty fun stuff i suck at it a bit as i’ve been known to die at least 4 times in the game! But i’m slowly getting better and we’re slowly progressing to better levels yay (up till now: level 9!)
• Running – I’ve started running again & surprizingly i got my old times back almost! O M G!
• Destroying the black fillings – Been to the dentist 2 times this month i’m slowly changing my old black fillings to nice white ones which are more non-noticable (though can you notice something on someone’s very back teeth?? LOL).
• Other lovely things – Restarted playing Dungeon Siege again from game #1 (& got addicted to it!), sending out snail mail to friends, getting a visit from my great aunt from aussie, painting my toes in alternative colours, working on the super secret project, almost finishing Lost, everyone finishing up their exams: more time to meet up, hurray! Finishing up reading Confessions of a Shopaholic

Salts:

• An Unexpected Funeral – Unfortunately the beginning of this month was tainted by a very shocking news that a woman who works with us died suddenly everyone attended her funeral service
• Stupid Tags - I regret not re-taking my old work photo! My office tag looks pretty bad (i had no fringe! i think look chubby! aaaargh!) & i refuse to wear it …. not that i was going to anyway since it’s optional
• Procrastination – More time: more work done right? Wrong! It’s just more laying there just surfing around hahaha!
• Being an amateur relationship-troubles guru – i love helping out friends in need but … i really suck at giving advice about relationships!? Both of them worked out though (HURRAY!) but it was uncomfortable (& scary! one bad word & what on earth would’ve happened???)
• Others - MJ’s death creating a lot of fake obsessive fans out there (i’m not a fan, but it sickens me seeing all these people who become devout fans just because they think it’s rather fashionable since he’s died … i’m looking at you pre-teens! ), Coleslaw with cabbage & carrots … i almost puked when i tasted it – i suck at making coleslaw , summer heat not making me feel like doing anything, still buying clothes in M when they should be S … my new corset is way too big, i never learn !!
