Happy Monday fellow SugarPlums!! How was everyone’s weekend?? Hope it was as great as mine was (can’t you tell, i’m such in a good mood today while writing this!!). If it wasn’t so bright and shiney – why not recompensate with an amazing week then, huh? :P Here’s what the 4bw suggests:

If it wasn’t so bright and shiney – why not recompensate with an amazing week then, huh? :P Here’s what the 4bw suggests:- Start Planning out your Winter Wardrobe! – Get yourself on Polyvore & start experimenting with layers, colours & fabrics – try out new styles for the winter! i’ll be posting my Winter Clothes Wishlist / Shopping list soon (as soon as i complete it!)
– Polyvore inspires me to try out new things (& its much better than going clothes hunting in local shops – everyone seems to get the same BORING things…!! - Check out Local Education Programmes – Learn a new skill! Most of the time, such courses are either free or very cheap! I myself have enrolled into an Adult Education course for … Aikido!
… & in November i’ll be doing a First Aid course as well … While working, studying for two A levels & juggling an active social life!! Ahhh it’s really never too late to learn something ! - Get some colour in your inbox! – With Autumn here, the days are getting much stormier / rainier (unless you life in the southern hemisphere – you lucky thing!). We find ourselves locked inside the house and infront of our PCs a more often than in summer (& we’re highly prone to end up victims of boredom!!). Register yourself in some awesome email services like DailyLit, Word of the Day & Notes from the Universe! You can also find websites who can send you your daily fortune, what your horoscope says, Inspiring Quotes, Zen Quotes and Insights … A good email always makes my day
- Make a list of personal commandments – Follow them by heart … or make your room-mates / partner follow them on your PMS days to keep your temper at bay!!
The following idea was suggested by Shaina (a BIG thankyou dear!) 
- Print out your favorite quote. If you don’t have one, pick a saying that inspires you and makes you want to be the best you can be, all the more better. Hang it above your bed or beside your mirror. Let it remind you of what you want and that you can achieve it, no matter what obstacles stand in your way.
- write a movie review! go see a new film and write down key elements of the plot, favorite quotes, etc. give your honest opinion in a blog or start a forum discussion to hear other views on it.
- Decorate your binder! Buy some cosmopolitan, self or any magazine with a lot of pictures. cut out random images that appeal to you, then arrange them in a unique collage. I, for example, have decorated each divider inside my notebook, along with the front and back pockets.

Thank you so much for posting those! I’ll definitely be doing the third one on your list (the fourth sounds too hard to stick to… rofl) And winter wardrobe is definitely in need of some plumping up.

Ooh, I love the winter wardrobe planning idea … Only problem is that there’s not much you can do with a winter wardrobe, LOL. Usually my goal is ‘Don’t freeze to death’.
And I love the quote idea, too — I do that myself all the time, but it’s usually an inspring and/or rebellious Green Day lyrics, bwahahaha.
Oh! And I’ve been meaning to ask you something.
Why is it that you only post 4BWs and Salt/Sugar type blog entries now …? No offense, of course, because I love the fact that you do something a little different than most bloggers — Being different is being full of win, in my opinion, bwahaha — But I miss coming here and reading ‘regular’ blog entries, y’know? Are you just too busy for those types of entries anymore, or is it something else …?
I’m just being curious, so I hope I didn’t come off as bitchy or pushy!

I definitely need to go winter shopping, but I think I can hold off on it for another few weeks. I’m waiting for the big Thanksgiving sales in mid-November!

Lol, I have the rubber duck that’s on the left of your layout.
I call mine Splashy. Not entirely sure why I gave it a name, but oh well.

That’s a great list, I love your 4bw’s! They’re always so inspiring.
I especially love the idea about email subscriptions – I remember I had a bunch of them about 10 years ago(!) when I could sign up for them through my old hotmail account, but I haven’t subscribed to anything besides catalogues and website/blog updates for years. I might have a poke around online and see what else is out there!
I also love the binder idea, that was something a lot of my friends did back in high school (and even primary/elementary school) but I never did. Never too late though, is it?

I can’t wait to see your clothing wishlist. I really wish that I could buy some clothes. I am so poor right now. The last time I bought clothes was in June for work. My wardrobe bores me right now.

I’m probably a bit weird because I barely ever get bored. Maybe because all of my interests are really asocial ones which are done best at home, in solitude. XD In that way autumn suits me. Although just like you I really envy those living in the southern hemisphere. God damn, imagine no winter! Wouldn’t that be paradise?

It makes me so sad that Winter should technically be here and it’s 85 degrees out for me which is very hot. Then another day it’ll drop down to 65. It’s such a tease.
