- Do something radical to break the Winter blues – Go swimming, Dance in the Rain, join a Kick Boxing taster Class, paint your nails in rainbow colours… you choose!
- Is there something you’d like to get your hands on, but it’s too expensive? - Make a plan to get your hands on it: calculate how much you need to save up, start small and you might be reaching your goal sooner than you think
- Bookworm like myself? – Too many books on your libary shelf? Find all those books on your shelf that you won’t be reading again and donate them to your local community library, charity shop or organize a used book sale!
- Print out all the best photos - & put them in a photobook, your diary, or hang them all around your bedroom wall & re-live the good times when you’re feeling a little bit down
